Paul Taylor

PTA Director

Paul is one of the few people in Australia who is both an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and practicing Nutritionist. He holds a range of high-level qualifications relevant to the fitness industry, including 2 Masters Degrees (one in Exercise Science and one in Nutrition) and the highly-regarded American College of Sports Medicine Certified Health and Fitness Instructor. He is also a part-time University Lecturer in Exercise Science, Corporate Speaker, Network/Filex Presenter and Radio Presenter.

Paul is a world leading educator and was a key speaker at the 2008 Meeting of the Minds in Colorado, USA. Owner of PTA and an Adjunct Professor of Functional Science, he specialises in Behaviour Change, is an accredited Exercise Physiologist and Nutritionist, and created the BioAge software.

Nathan Quinn

Course Facilitator

Nathan Quinn has two passions he pursues: trainer education across the globe and optimal client well-being. In his search for cutting edge knowledge and understanding of the body's function, Nathan has worked with and learned from some of the world's leaders and pioneers in fitness and movement. An accredited Sports Coach and Exercise Scientist, Nathan has created and delivered numerous courses and workshops for PTA and Commercial gym chains around Australia. He has created and delivered the ‘Movement in the Workplace’ Corporate Program for Body Brain Performance Institute and also delivers presentations to High Schools as part of their Sports Development Programs.

Nathan focuses on many of the controversial facets of Fitness Training. He is constantly challenging traditional methodology to strive for optimal well being through better fundamental movement and effective communication. Nathan's ability to facilitate the cutting edge science and research into more user friendly practical exercises and awareness has seen trainers become more willing to "change or adapt" their way of thinking.

Corey Bocking

Exercise Physiologist

Corey is an Exercise Physiologist and holds a masters is coaching & coach education. Corey is the director of the Performance Training Institute and delivers professional development courses for Fitness Professionals and Exercise Physiologists both here in Australia and Internationally.  Corey has worked with athlete’s of all ages and abilities, ranging from local club athletes through to State, National, International and Olympic and Professional athletes from a variety of sports including Boxing, Swimming, AFL, Rugby League, Rugby Union, Athletics, Shooting, Triathlon, Touch Football, Hockey, Judo and Basketball.  With his background in high performance coaching and business development Corey understands what it takes for people to get the most out of themselves. Corey regularly works some of the world best coaches and brings this experience to his coaching and presenting.
