Technical Requirements

In order to experience the full potential of the course there are a few technical requirements.

Internet connection

You should have access to a broadband connection (ADSL, ADSL2+ or Cable) with a minimum speed of 0.5 Mb/s.
Dial-up, USB modems and most satellite connections are not sufficient. You can test your internet speed HERE.

Hardware requirements

Windows

  • Intel® Pentium® III 450MHz or faster processor (or equivalent)
  • 512MB of RAM

Mac OS

  • Intel Core™ Duo 1.83GHz or faster processor
  • 512MB of RAM

Software requirements

Windows
Operating System: Windows 7,Windows Vista; Windows XP Service Pack 2

Mac OS
Operating System: Apple Mac OS X 10.4.8 or above

Internet Explorer
We strongly suggest that you do not use Internet Explorer to view the course.
If for some reason you can't use any other browser, please use version 8 or above.

The following free browser and player software updates are recommended for optimal running of the course:

Silverlight is a free plug-in that is compatible across multiple browsers, devices and operating systems.
As the course was developed using this platform it is essential to have this plugin installed in order to view the course.
